Tempest, moving through turbulence with knowledge that calm lies ahead. The work is anchored by the idea of light in the distance- a quiet signal that the storm is not endless. Even in darkness, there is direction. As layers were built, the surface gained momentum, rising and shifting like water under pressure. The process mirrored the act of pushing forward: resisting the urge to retreat, trusting the light beyond the swell. Movement, texture, and restarined colour create a tension between chaos and clarity. This piece is not about being lost at sea. but about endurance - the moment of staying present within the storm, knowing that calmness is coming.
